I am a US Army senior NCO retiring after 20 years in the fall of 2026 and moving my family to Thailand, where my wife is from. I am using the rest of my Post-9/11 GI Bill at a Bangkok university. While planning the move I found that the three numbers that matter most, retiree TRICARE overseas, the GI Bill foreign-school housing allowance, and the VA rating swing, were either wrong or missing in every budget template I could find. These calculators are the ones I built for myself, cleaned up.

The site is free. It is paid for by the budget planner workbook, which does everything here and more with your own numbers. If the free tools are enough for you, use them and go.
